75 minutes of relaxing bliss! We start with 10-15 minutes of gentle yoga then hang out with our books for silent reading. We end our time together with a relaxing savasana. Tea, blankets and bolsters are available for maximum coziness. All levels friendly. A lovely way to spend a chilly evening :)
